About the event
The Facilitating Attuned Interactions® (FAN) Level 1 Training is a three-part virtual learning series designed for youth- and family-serving professionals who want to strengthen relationship-based practice across systems. Developed by the Erikson Institute, the FAN model is a strengths-based framework grounded in attunement—the experience of feeling seen, understood, and connected. This training emphasizes “being with” families rather than fixing or changing them, offering both a practical tool and a reflective framework to support meaningful, collaborative engagement. Participants will build confidence, reduce stress and burnout, and strengthen reflective practice skills that support authentic connection with children, youth, and families across diverse settings.
