CRISIS WALK-IN HOURS

Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Outside of Crisis Walk-In Hours, crisis support is available at the Memorial Health Emergency Department.

Coleman Health Services is located at the Walnut Wellness Center at 715 S. Walnut St., Marysville, OH.

Coleman Health Services also offers Walk-In Diagnostic Assessments. You may also call 614.726.3250 to schedule a diagnostic assessment or get connected with other services.

 

Walk-In Diagnostic Information 

Tuesdays

  • Arrive for Intake: 9 am - 9:30 am

  • Assessments: 10 am - 12 pm

​

Thursdays

  • Arrive for Intake: 1 pm - 1:30 pm 

  • Assessments: 2 pm - 4 pm
