About the event
Participants will develop an understanding of the issues involved in the criminal justice system as it relates to the treatment of individuals with a mental illness and/or substance use disorder including an overview of competency to stand trial, sanity at time of act and treatment options.
This training is pending approval of 1.5 CEUs for Ohio Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals.
