The Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) program recognizes law enforcement officers who demonstrate outstanding skill, compassion, and professionalism when responding to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This nomination form allows peers, supervisors, or community members to highlight officers who exemplify the CIT model through effective de-escalation, collaboration, and commitment to community safety and well-being.
